To promote and encourage yachting, power boating and aquatic activities in all forms and do all things as may be incidental for that purpose and without prejudice.

To affiliate with any organization having purpose the same as, or similar to the objects of this club, upon such terms and conditions as may be determined.

To promote and foster conservation and preservation of the oceans and waterways and engage in efforts to educate all others in ways to promote that preservation. 

To promote and foster social and the like activities for the members of the club, proper etiquette and goodwill between its members and all other fellow boatmen and yachtsmen when on water, or on land.
