I hereby apply for membership in the West Shore Yacht Club with the full understanding that the purpose of this yacht club is to:

Promote and encourage yachting, power boating and aquatic activities in all forms and do all things as may be incidental for that purpose and without prejudice.

To affiliate with any organization having purpose the same as, or similar to the objects of this club, upon such terms and conditions as may be determined.

To promote and foster conservation and preservation of the oceans and waterways and engage in efforts to educate all others in ways to promote that preservation.

To promote and foster social and the like activities for the members of the club, proper etiquette and goodwill between its members and all other fellow boatmen and yachtsmen when on the water, or on land.

By submitting this application, the applicant understands and agrees to the mission, rules and bylaws of West Shore Yacht Club, and vows to represent them with dignity and uphold the standards placed upon them with this membership.
I also understand that I must submit to the club a valid certificate of general liability insurance covering me and my boat with a minimum coverage amount of $300,000.00.

All club rules and by-laws are enforceable by the club board.
